ARAC Roof It Forward, headquartered in Kennesaw, Georgia, announced today its 2017 Q4 donation of $15,875 to Camp Sunshine. Camp Sunshine is a non-profit organization that enables kids with cancer to attend summer camp just like other kids.
The Roof It Forward program, since its launch in the Summer of 2015, has donated over $119,000 to Camp Sunshine. A portion of every roof we build goes towards this amazing program supporting kids with cancer.
"We are a purpose-driven company,” stated ARAC Roof It Forward's President John Phillips. “We’re united in our efforts to support sick children in the communities where we live and work.” John also emphasized that their charitable focus is on children's healthcare and ARAC Roof It Forward's commitment remains stronger than ever.
In addition to our donations to Camp Sunshine, our employees and families volunteer at Camp Sunshine functions throughout the year. We always receive an enthusiastic response from everyone when it is time to volunteer for Camp Sunshine activities. Recently, we helped out at the Camp Sunshine Holiday and Alumni party.
