5 Stars goes to Ashley ! I have been searching for a reliable group to handle my home in Ga , I live in Fla so keeping up long distance is not fun . I found Ashley on Google reviews paired up with Roof it Forward .She had nothing but 5 stars and tons of praise . Roof it Forward is Lucky to have such a thorough , Honest and replicable young lady as herself . Her crew did an amazing job . I was expecting to shell out more on this roof but Roof it Forward and Ashley came through for me and saved me tremendously . The communication throughout the process was well needed. Just had a roof replaced here in South Florida from the hurricanes and the company i used was not nearly as in touch as Roof it Forward was , And got a bit of a sticker shock on how many extra sheets of Plywood were needed on a roof only 20 years old . Not with Ashley , Her guesstimate was spot on and the added cost to the Ga roof was extremely fair . Roof it Forward did great job on our new (50 year old) log cabin. Of the 3 quotes I got they were @ $3K less than the others. Top quality materials with good warranty. Greg the salesperson/supervisor was on site for the entire time.

I called around to a few roofing companies to get an estimate on replacing my old roof with a new one. Gloria with ARAC Roof It Forward impressed me the most. Appointment was setup and she came out with a smile and a great attitude. Gloria provided me with her personal cell phone number and was very informative in providing information about the project. I constantly received information by text, email and even a video in which I thought was excellent customer service! She came out to my home several times before, during and after the new roof task was completed.The crew was awesome as well! They were here early Friday morning as discussed and well prepared for the task at hand. My new roof was completed in the same day and they did great with job site clean up (very tidy). They are a professional staff and crew, but also down to earth and pleasant people. Pricing is very reasonable and affordable compared to others. Greg and Mark have gone above and beyond my expectations with my leaky roof experience. During Hurricane Helene my roof started leaking very badly. A call at 7:30 in the morning resulted in Mark, Greg and one other assistant appearing at my door within 1 1/2 hours. They quickly patched the missing shingles, but did deliver the bad news that my roof needed to be replaced. They explained what had one wrong, and did not pressure me or my wife at all. Fast forward 3 weeks later. The new roof is on! Monday, October 21 7 men arrived with Greg supervising. By 11:00 the old roof was gone. By 7:30 everything was cleaned up, nothing left behind and I have a beautiful new room. All I can say is they are fantastic. Thank you so much for your hard work and great job.
